We thank you for the love you gave us,
each and every day.
We thank you for the joy you brought,
with your tender thoughtful ways.
We thank you for the laughter,
and hope when we would cry.
For all your hugs and kisses,
and wiping tears from our eyes.
We thank you for your perseverance,
when times were very tough.
And for the countless other things,
for which we could never say enough.
We hope you know we love you,
more than mere words could ever say,
